Cancellation & Refund Policy
At NxtGenAi, we value your trust and are committed to delivering the services we promise. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our digital marketing and automation services.
1. Service Confirmation
When a client signs the service agreement and makes an advance payment, the project is considered confirmed.
Work on the project begins once we receive the required content, information, and approvals from the client.
2. Cancellation Window
Clients may request cancellation within 1 to 3 days from the date of signing the agreement.
A written cancellation request must be submitted to info@nxtgenai.io within this period.
3. Refunds
If a cancellation request is made within the 1–3 day window, any advance payment (after deduction of administrative/setup charges, if applicable) will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
No refunds will be provided after the 3-day cancellation period, regardless of the project status or progress.
Payments made for monthly, quarterly, or annual service plans are non-refundable after the 3-day window.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Costs for third-party tools, licenses, domains, hosting, or advertising budgets paid to external platforms (such as Facebook, Google, etc.) are non-refundable.
Any completed deliverables up to the date of cancellation remain billable and are non-refundable.
5. Service Scope & Refund Exclusions
NxtGenAi delivers only the services explicitly promised in the signed agreement.
Dissatisfaction due to factors outside NxtGenAi’s control (such as market conditions, client’s internal changes, or third-party platform policies) does not qualify for a refund.
