Shipping & Delivery Policy

At NxtGenAi, we provide digital marketing, branding, web development, advertising, and business automation services. As a service-based business, we do not ship any physical goods. All services are delivered electronically or online, based on the scope agreed with the client.

1. Mode of Delivery

  • All deliverables are shared through digital channels, such as:

    • Email (design files, reports, credentials)

    • Secure cloud storage links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

    • Access to platforms (social media accounts, ad managers, websites, CRMs)

    • Online project management tools (if applicable)

  • No physical shipping or courier services are used.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines are mentioned in the Service Agreement and Service Order Form (SOF). Typical timelines include:

    • Branding & Design Deliverables: 7–14 business days

    • Static Website Development: 15–21 business days (from content approval)

    • E-commerce Website Development: 21–45 business days (based on complexity)

    • Automation Setup: 10–15 business days

    • Social Media Content: Delivered monthly as per content calendar

  • Timelines may vary depending on client’s responsiveness in providing content, approvals, and access.

3. Client Responsibilities for Delivery

  • Clients must provide all required content, images, and access details on time to avoid delivery delays.

  • Any delays in client response will extend delivery timelines accordingly.

  • NxtGenAi will not be liable for delivery delays caused by client-side issues or third-party platforms.

4. Completion & Handover

  • A project is considered delivered and completed once agreed deliverables have been provided digitally.

  • Website projects include:

    • Transfer of hosting access (if applicable)

    • Admin credentials for client accounts

  • Branding/design projects include:

    • Delivery of source files (JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI/PSD, etc., as applicable)

  • Social media/advertising projects include:

    • Campaigns set live on client-approved platforms

    • Monthly reports sent digitally

5. Non-Delivery Situations

NxtGenAi is not responsible for non-delivery in cases such as:

  • Incorrect email ID or contact details provided by the client

  • Client’s technical issues (e.g., email storage full, access blocked, downtime)

  • Delays or restrictions caused by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, hosting providers, etc.)
